Remote studies can be challenging, especially while managing life during a pandemic. Many student feel lonely and isolated and being online so much of the time is often stressful.

Adam Wegelius defends his PhD thesis entitled "Expression and synthetic activation of [FeFe]-hydrogenases in cyanobacteria".

Harish will present his licentiate thesis entitled "Impact of Solvent Polarity on Ion Conduction and Ion-Pairing in PEO-LiTFSI: Atomistic Molecular Dynamics Studies", within the subject of Chemistry with specialization in Materials Chemistry.

We warmly welcome you to the annual Celsius-Linnaeus Lectures and Symposium that will be held remotely via Zoom. This years Celsius-lecturer is Neil Lawrence, Professor of Machine Learning at the University of Cambridge and the Linnaeus-lecturer is Melanie Sanford, Professor of Chemistry at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. After the lectures there will be a symposium and panel discussion.
