Postdoctoral Fellowship

A postdoctoral fellowship is available to study excited state reactivity and luminescence properties of iron carbene complexes for potential applications in solar energy conversion, photo redox catalysis and electroluminescent devices. These studies will involve in particular the exploration of ground and excites state electron transfer reactions with electrochemical and time-resolved laser spectroscopic methods. For additional background information see:

We are seeking a highly motivated, independent, and goal-oriented candidate with strong expertise in photochemistry and time-resolved spectroscopy. Additional experience with electrochemical techniques will be beneficial. To apply please send a CV and a statement of research interests to Reiner Lomoth (
